The organisation

The structure of VinylPlus takes into account the experience of Vinyl 2010, the legal entity set up to provide the organisational and financial infrastructure to manage and monitor the implementation of the 1st Voluntary Commitment of the European PVC Industry signed in 2000.

VinylPlus maintains the management and monitoring system, as well as the governance and balance among the four founding member associations.

VinylPlus will also operate in coordination with complementary organisations such as Recovinyl, which was set up in 2003 to facilitate the development of PVC waste collection and recycling schemes, and the Vinyl Foundation, the not-for-profit, independently-managed trust for the collection of contributions.

VinylPlus aims to intensify its efforts for more transparency and open communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
