At the Brussels Sustainable Development Summit 2015

VinylPlus will be present at the forthcoming Brussels Sustainable Development Summit 2015 on 19th and 20th October 2015, in Brussels, Belgium.

BSDS 2015 will bring together various Heads of State and Government, opinion leaders, policy makers and internationally renowned delegates of industry and academia to debate on world important issues: climate change, environmental and energy related issues.

Participants at the event will debate a wide range of central themes such as Sustainable Development Goals and COP21, Innovative value chains for sustainable process industry, Regional Sustainable Development, Carbon dioxide Capture and Utilisation, Smart Cities India and Europe and Cleantech industry - Investability - Business Opportunities.

Brigitte Dero, VinylPlus General Manager, will contribute to the event presenting a paper on VinylPlus experience in Track 1 session: Innovative value chains for sustainable process industry.

Brigitte will highlight how Voluntary Commitments such as VinylPlus, which put together the entire European PVC value chain, can represent an effective model to address sustainability challenges in a systemic and holistic way, and help progressing industry sectors/value chains towards a low-carbon circular economy and sustainability.
