Progress Report 2026

The VinylPlus Progress Report 2026 outlines the achievements of the European PVC industry’s commitment to sustainable development in 2025, a key year marked by the mid-term review of the VinylPlus 2030 Commitment.

It highlights progress in circularity, recycling, responsible production, carbon reduction, sustainable use of additives, stakeholder engagement, policy dialogue and innovation. The report presents independently verified data on PVC recycling, environmental footprint initiatives, certification schemes, technical projects and partnerships across the value chain.

It also shows how VinylPlus contributes to EU priorities such as the Clean Industrial Deal, circular economy, affordable housing, water resilience, strategic autonomy and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
