VinylPlus Healthcare: Committed to Sustainability in Medical Applications

VinylPlus Healthcare was established in 2025 as a dedicated platform under VinylPlus®. It serves as the central hub for sustainability, innovation and circularity in medical vinyl applications, promoting responsible material use, advancing recycling initiatives and fostering collaboration across the healthcare value chain.

The platform brings together the former PVCMed Alliance activities with VinylPlus’ healthcare recycling work. Today, medical device recycling is carried out under VinylPlus Healthcare, while pharmaceutical blister packaging recycling continues through the dedicated programme VinylPlus® PharmPack. This integrated structure ensures a coordinated and effective approach to sustainability in healthcare applications.
