VinylPlus Healthcare: Committed to Sustainability in Medical Applications

VinylPlus Healthcare was established in 2025 as a dedicated platform under VinylPlus®. It serves as the central hub for sustainability, innovation, and circularity in medical vinyl applications, promoting responsible material use, enhancing recycling initiatives, and fostering collaboration across the healthcare value chain.

Previously, VinylPlus® Med and VinylPlus® PharmPack operated as standalone recycling projects under VinylPlus, while the now-closed PVCMed Alliance functioned under the European Council of Vinyl Manufacturers (ECVM) as an advocacy and communications initiative. With the creation of VinylPlus Healthcare, these efforts are now unified under one platform, ensuring a coordinated and effective approach to sustainability in healthcare applications.
