Laura joined the European Council of Vinyl Manufacturers (ECVM) in 2025, where she leads efforts to enable real-world PVC circularity and plays an active role in Recovinyl. She also manages data for both ECVM and VinylPlus.
A chemical engineer with an Executive MBA, Laura brings over two decades of experience in environmental engineering and translating circular economy policy into practical action at the European level. She leads technical projects focused on recycling and sustainable innovation.
Passionate about data-driven sustainability, Laura builds bridges between manufacturers, regulators, and civil society to accelerate the transition to a circular PVC economy.
