Industrial Accelerator Act: Make. Competitiveness. Happen. In Europe

VinylPlus welcomes the renewed EU focus on restoring European competitiveness. While Energy must remain the priority, the proposed Industrial Accelerator Act can play a complementary role provided it does not unintentionally reduce resilience by making procurement impracticable.

For PVC, a successful IAA should be designed so it strengthens EU production, conversion and recycling together, without creating avoidable procurement bottlenecks or market distortions.
