Karl-Martin Schellerer (Westlake-Vinnolit)
Obtaining a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Regensburg and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Universities of Augsburg & Pittsburgh (USA), Karl-Martin Schellerer began his professional career at Vinnolit GmbH & Co. KG in 1997 as Sales Manager – Paste & Extender PVC. After an assignment as Technical Service Manager, he served as the Head of Vinnolit’s Paste & Extender PVC business and later in his role as the Head of Corporate Development contributed to the strategic development of the company.
After having left Vinnolit for Dr. Wieselhuber & Partner Consultants GmbH in 2012 where he led a variety of consulting engagements as the Head of the firm’s Process & Construction Industries Practice, he returned to Vinnolit in mid 2015 and assumed the role as Managing Director. Further to his position at Vinnolit he is in charge of the Asian businesses of Westlake Chemical serving as VP Vinyl Chemical Europe and Asia.

Member of the VinylPlus Board since 2023 and Vice Chairman since May 2024, Carsten Heuer joined REHAU Industries SE & Co. KG. in 2017, where he is also a member of the Executive Board. Before joining REHAU Industries, he was Managing Director at SCHOLLGLAS Holding and Executive Senior Vice-President at Schüco International KG.

Charlotte is managing VinylPlus and ECVM since January 2024.
She has been working for the PVC industry for a decade, previously representing the interest of the PVC window profile industry towards policy-makers, standardization bodies and other sectors. Her functional experience includes the sustainability assessment of construction products, standardization activities, chemical and waste legislation and corresponding advocacy actions.
Charlotte Röber completed her Masters in European and International Law at the University of Maastricht. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from the Vlerick Business School in Ghent.

Ettore Nanni holds a PhD in Industrial Chemistry, obtained in 1983 from the University of Bologna, Italy. He currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer and is the main shareholder of the Reagens group, a private and independent chemical group internationally recognized for the production of stabilisers for PVC and other thermoplastics. Ettore Nanni is also Chairman of ESPA, the European Stabiliser Producers Association, affiliated to the European Chemical Industry Council (CEFIC) and was instrumental in the success of Vinyl 2010.

Christophe André has over 20 years of business development and general management experience gained at various leading chemical and manufacturing companies. He has served at specialty chemicals company Arkema as Group President of the global Thiochemicals activities and as a member of the Executive Committee. Prior to this, Mr. André held various international senior management positions at specialty chemicals manufacturer Rohm and Haas and served as Managing Director at paper manufacturer Arjowiggins Graphic.
Mr. André joined Vynova as President in September 2021, and was appointed in the VinylPlus Steering Board in 2022.

Andy Jones joined Baerlocher’s UK subsidiary in 1991 and spent his early career in technical service, sales management and multinational key account management roles, primarily servicing customers in North West Europe. In 2006, he was appointed Managing Director of Baerlocher UK Limited and continues in this position today. Andy joined the management team in Baerlocher GmbH in Munich in 2009 and in his role as Head of PVC Additives EU/MEA, he has been responsible for steering Baerlocher’s business development from all of its European sites through significant technological change and regional expansion. In 2013, Andy joined the Global Management Committee of the Baerlocher Group as Global Head of the Strategic Business Unit PVC Additives and represents the company on a number of subsidiary boards.

Karsten Jänicke is an experienced leader in logistics, quality management, printed paper and films and business operations. He holds a degree in Economics and Social Sciences from the Technical University of Dortmund, specialising in lean production and management. His career began at Thyssen Haniel Logistic in Barcelona, where he led the implementation of ISO 9002 standards across multiple branches.
He later held senior roles at LamiGraf, overseeing production in Germany and international sales as Managing Director of the plant in Bönen. Since 2008, he has been with RENOLIT SE, where he currently serves as an Executive Board Member, responsible for strategic business areas including Interior Surfaces, Pool, Roof & Water Care, as well as corporate design and innovation.
He is also a member of the VinylPlus Foundation Board and the VinylPlus Steering Committee.

Dr. Matthias Pfeiffer obtained his PH.D. in Inorganic Chemistry 1999. He has a strong experience in the plasticiser industry after working for different companies, and since 2013 has been responsible for the Technical Marketing of the BASF European plasticiser portfolio.

Arnaud Valenduc is currently Business Director, Member of the Executive Committee and Member of the Board of Directors of INEOS Inovyn, the European leader of the Chloro-Vinyl industry.
Arnaud Valenduc is a Luxembourg national with 28 years of business experience, including 18 years in the chemical industry among which 10 years in the chlor alkali vinyls chain. He has joined INEOS Inovyn on Feb 1st 2022 after working 18 years in Solvay where he held various senior roles, a.o. Head of Transformation and member of Solvay Leadership team from 2017 to 2021, CEO of Solvay Indupa (PVC producer in South America) in 2015 and 2016, Head of Precipitated Calcium Carbonate business unit in 2013 and 2014, and various business development roles in Asia from 2003 to 2012. Before Solvay, Arnaud was an internet entrepreneur and started his career in the consulting industry. Arnaud has a degree in Business Engineering from the Free University of Brussels and holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD.

Graduated in 2000 in the Solvay Business School, specialization Finances, Université Libre de Bruxelles. He holds a Master in law at the Université Catholique de Louvain. Geoffroy is Managing Director of the Vinyl Foundation and is a permanent guest of the VinylPlus Steering Board.

Myriam Tryjefaczka started her career as Quality and Environment manager in different industry sectors, packaging, electronics, and air filtration. She then started the development and the implementation of Sustainability and public affairs strategies, participating in EPBD related standards and eco-design directive development work for ventilation systems, air filtration, and indoor environment quality. After this, Myriam joined the Tarkett Group, a worldwide leader of innovative and sustainable flooring and sports surface solutions, where she holds the position of Public affairs director for the EMEA division. At Tarkett, she coordinates the business approach towards recycling activities and new business model development in Europe.
